WINTER HOLIDAY CAMP

January 2nd - 5th, 2024
(Tuesday - Friday)
We invite the young Pokémon Trainers here in SETX to the museum this winter, as we dive into S.T.E.A.M. learning through Pokémon adventures! Each day discovers the different areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math inside the Pokémon world. Trainers will be given opportunities to create their own Pokémon habitats and learn how to become experts at The Trading Card Game! They will also explore all types of Pokémon and their habitats as it relates to our animal kingdom. Once all Pokémon are ready on the last day, trainers will participate in a tournament to see the winner and The Pokémon Trainer Champion!
AGE RANGE:
Kinder (age 5-6) to 5th Grade (age 10-11)
Must be in Kindergarten to participate in the camp.
CAMP TIMES:
MORNING CAMP: 8:30AM - 12:00 PM
Drop Off - 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Pick Up - 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM
*Morning campers will need to bring a snack and drink for snack time each morning*
FULL DAY: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Drop Off - 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Lunch - 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Pick Up - 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM
*Full Day campers will need to bring 2 snacks (morning and afternoon) and a lunch each day*
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
In the event you must cancel your registration, you will receive a refund as defined below:
-Cancellation notice must be submitted to the following email: info@beaumontchildrensmuseum.org.
-Registrants, once registered, are subject to a $30 non-refundable deposit, if the refund is requested.
-The refund will be issued in the same manner payment was made.
-Registration will be refunded, not including the $30 deposit, if emailed notice is received more than 2 weeks prior to the session start date.
-Cancellations received within the 2 weeks window of session start date forfeit the full registration cost.
-Cancellations due to personal reasons will not receive a refund.
-Campers who leave during a session WILL NOT receive a refund.
